A credit is one unit of AI generation, and cost scales with the length of the video. A video from a prompt costs 1 credit. A video from a document costs one credit for every two narrated scenes, so a short deck costs 1–3 credits and a long one costs around 6. The exact cost is shown on the review screen before you generate. Editing an existing video, regenerating a single scene, and changing text or visuals do not consume additional credits.

It depends on length. Pro's 50 credits a month cover roughly 8 long document videos or up to 50 short prompt videos, and most videos land closer to the short end. Pro+ (150 credits) is about 25–150 videos and Business (300 credits) about 50–300. We show credits rather than a single video number because a five-scene explainer and a fifty-slide training deck are not the same job.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro, Pro+, or Business plan from the settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. You can also re-activate later without losing your projects.

Your existing videos stay editable and exportable. New AI generations pause until you upgrade, top up, or — on a paid plan — your next billing cycle refills your balance. Free credits are a one-time trial allowance and do not refill each month.

Yes. You get 6 credits when you sign up, with 720p exports and no credit card. That is enough for one full-length document video or six shorter videos from a prompt, with full access to the AI editor, templates, and the document-to-video workflow. Free credits are a one-time allowance rather than a monthly refill — upgrade to Pro when you need a recurring balance.
